Outo olo invited Hello dust to create a program for a months time. We invited Joonas Siren (Forces), Laura Cemin and Taneli Viljanen to work in the space for one week each, opening the doors for the public on the weekend. The basis of each working period was formed by conversation, or private consultations, in which questions run both ways between Hello dust and the invited artist.
The space was tuned with scents, shelters, ornaments and sounds by artists Olli Aarni, Jaana Laakkonen, Kristina Sedlerova-Villanen and Elina Vainio.
Consultation # 1
Joonas Siren (aka Forces)
Joonas Siren worked on a spatial, thematical, and temporal remix of Oceanlab’s 2001 vocal trance track ‘Clear Blue Water’ that was provided by Hello dust as a starting point.
Consultation # 2
Laura Cemin – L&I (thought experiments)
Performance
Slippery hands, slippery meanings, associations. Holes in the fabric of a thought.
Vertical lines, high platforms, blurry holding points.
Spoken words, small gestures, double voices. Time to drift away.

Consultation # 3
Taneli Viljanen – Pimeä kuu, linnut, rakennustelineitä
Pimeä kuu, linnut, rakennustelineitä (”dark moon, birds, scaffolding”) is a performance, a draft for a performance, literature and sound art occurring in space, some words and some sounds, a glance into the process of making, or perhaps something else. Everything, or almost everything, is unfinished. The work consists of about five beings, some of which are versions of each other. They might contain some, perhaps self contradictory, perhaps intertwining or just cohabiting, strands of speech, writing, field recordings, unidentified other sounds, poetry, essay, utopia, dystopia, form, breaking of the form, multiplicities of gender. Nothing huge is necessarily going to happen. Something might happen.
